Indoor Trainer Rides:
Come out to the shop at one of the below listed times, and bring your bike, trainer (or rollers), and a friend. Enjoy a good workout with the company of friends and fellow riders! No matter what level you are this is a great way to stay in shape throughout the winter without being burnt out for next riding season.
*If you do not have a trainer you may reserve one for the night (at no cost), if available.
Trainer Ride Dates:
Every Tuesday and Thursday night starting at 6:30pm-7:30pm
It is FREE!
Just bring your bike, trainer, water bottle and towel
We have some trainers on hand to use for free, just ask us about availability.
